AeroZero® offers properties never before available in a single material, enabling product designers to innovate lightweight, high-performance products.

Light in Weight, Strong on Performance
AeroZero® is an advanced porous material produced using a synthetic organic polymer that exhibitshigh strength to density ratios, extreme temperature durability, low thermal conductivity and anultra low dielectric constant. AeroZero® film, available in 5 mil thickness with thermal conductivity 30 mW/m*K, is used as the core layer in multi-layer laminate constructions to provide lightweight materials with excellent thermal insulation and ultra low dielectric properties.
